Award-winning restaurant and wine bar on Billings’ west end combines a casual European ambiance with a great mix of New American, French, and Italian cuisine.
Tyler Samson
Owner
Tyler has been in the restaurant industry for 20-plus years. Throughout college at Montana State University Billings, he bartended and served at some of Billings’ finest restaurants. His passion for food, wine, and customer service grew immensely over the years. He owned his first restaurant when he turned 33 years old, which was an iconic Montana Steakhouse southwest of Billings. Four years later, he was able to purchase his favorite restaurant in Billings, Bistro Enzo. While respecting the 22-year history of the restaurant, he wanted to enhance what was currently there and bring new energy and talents to make it one of the top restaurants in Billings. With unmatched customer service, award-winning food, and a beautiful ambiance, he won over his guests in no time. If you provide exceptional food and wine and pair it with the best service and hospitality, you can’t lose,” Tyler says. After winning multiple awards, being featured in multiple magazines, radio and news features, and multiple Readers’ Choice Awards just two years in, Bistro Enzo will always keep striving to be a favorite in the Billings Community and all the travelers alike.
